Google Buys Typos

Written by Jason Barrett.  Posted under Domaining

It’s no secret that typos are a nice source of traffic for many.  Apparently the braintrust at Google is aware of that important fact as well.  According to ResourceShelf, Google has registered a typo for their newly announced OpenHandSetAlliance initiative.  OpenHanSetAllance.com [missing "d"] is now a part of the Google fold.  Nice work Google!

Do you think Google sees a few typos come across their search engine every day?  Apparently so.
